If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographs of the damaged packaging and item(s) to process a claim with the courier. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund for the damaged goods.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items to ensure they are safely delivered back to us. NanoNovas is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
